1. Who We Are

@GEO+SEO ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation platform available at atsgeo.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Account data

Email address, password (encrypted), and business details you provide during onboarding (business name, website URL, industry, target keywords, competitors, brand voice, target audience, primary market).

Usage data

Content items generated, scan history, keyword rankings, and activity logs — used to power your dashboard and improve the Service.

Google data (optional)

If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we request read-only access to your GSC and GA4 data. We store this data to display it in your dashboard. We cannot make any changes to your Google account.

Technical data

IP address, browser type, and access logs for security and debugging. We do not use this for advertising.

3. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account
To run AI agents that generate content, scan visibility, and track rankings for your business
To display your analytics and strategy data in the dashboard
To send transactional emails (account setup, content reports) — no marketing without consent
To improve the Service and fix bugs

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Anthropic — AI content generation (your business context is included in prompts)
Perplexity / Gemini — AI visibility checks (business name and keyword only, no personal data)
Supabase — Database and authentication hosting
Vercel — Application hosting
Google — Only when you explicitly connect GSC/GA4

All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and GDPR-compliant practices.

5. Data Retention

Account and content data is retained for as long as your account is active.
If you cancel your account, we retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion.
You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing support@atsgeo.ai.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We use Supabase Row-Level Security to ensure customers can only access their own data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
Correction — update inaccurate data via your account settings
Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and data
Portability — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
Objection — object to any processing you believe is not in your interest

To exercise any of these rights, email support@atsgeo.ai. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded without your knowledge.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
